 - After accepting money, machine indicated out of order. Help button sent me to another machine to get our of structure, took my money again, and noticed I was charged twice. Both times triggering overdraft. Pasadena Westin Hotel underground lot. I am responsible for first try with overdraft, I believe they are responsible for second payment with overdraft fee $29 as machine malfunctioned and I was charged twice.

 - The Valet parking staff seemed to be a little confused regarding the reservation. However I was still accommodated and my in and out of the parking was flawless. Parking staff was courteous and professional.
