- CAREFUL or be TOWED! Jewel has limited parking directly in front of their building. Do not park across the alley on the neighbors private property or you will be towed! Also, careful not to block the alley or park in the alley. There is plenty of free parking in a city owned lot 30 steps across the street. Walk the few extra steps and know your car will be there when you come out!
