220 SE 2nd Ave Garage

 - I cannot say that I am happy with the service made available at 220 SE 2nd Ave, a parking garage. 1) when one approaches the garage, most "civilized" firms post an easy to understand rate card (NOT AVAILABLE HERE) 2) Thank you for having an elevator available, it would be nice if it worked. I wound up parking on the 3rd floor, in a handicapped parking spot, but the elevator did not work!!! NOT EVEN A SIGN TO WARN THE CUSOTMER 3) You charged $14.00 for parking on Saturday 8/31/24. I was there from 6:15pm to 10:28pm. I had a "validation" for $3.00..grand total of $11.00. Using your posted rate on your website, how do you come up with anything like a $14.00 charge prior to the validation?

 - Zero stars if I could. I wouldn't park in this garage if they paid me. The operating "firm" (lead by a man, I promise you!) uses a female front to field phone calls-- and they never ever call back -- See, they say? No complaints

 - Park elsewhere. This unstaffed parking garage held me hostage. It would not accept my debit card or either of my credit cards or my husband's credit card. My credit rating is not an issue I can assure you. No one answers the phone at 377-0396 -- they just pick up the receiver and put it down. The call number on the kiosk 745-7800 is staffed by a pleasant young woman who contacts her employer by email only, so she can't help with any problem.
