The Atrium Garage

 - I gave it 1 star for the convenient location. Otherwise: In MAJOR need of a renovation - is in disrepair. Back stairwell smells horrible. A pile of fresh dog poo in front stairwell. I parked on the roof. Is there an elevator? If so, I couldn't find it. Needs signage within the garage. The day I was there, they only accepted cash - not credit cards. I was lucky to have the $10 in cash on me.

 - The location is good and I like that the garage accepts credit cards but I am so appalled at the fact that there is an elevator with ONLY steps to get to the thing. Why are there handicapped spots on the second floor when someone in a wheelchair can’t even get to the elevator???? It makes no sense to me. Awful logistics.

 - If it was possible to leave zero stars for my recent trip to this parking garage I would. I requested assistance since the machine was not reading my parking ticket (I still had the ticket and there seemed to be nothing wrong with it physically). Upon contacting the person with the assistance button he kept referring to me as "bud" and stated that I must pay the $10 fee for a lost ticket because "it is your fault the ticket won't read ... our machines are pretty hearty and don't make mistakes." We asked to speak to a manager or his supervisor and he stated "I am a manager and you're on camera bud" as if I was doing something wrong by requesting assistance and not having to pay $10 for 30 minutes in the garage. Terrible experience, will never park there again.
