 - Never have I ever had worst customer service where they do not even try and hear the customer out. I got in at 8:48 pm and the following day I was leaving at 7 am. That is less than 12 hours. 12 hour charge is 20$ I paid 20$ on parking.com for the parking thinking this was the only charge. I paid right before I entered. They charged me additional $9 as I was leaving and the gate would not open otherwise. I tried disputing and saying I am under 12 hours but they charged extra. Do not go to this place since they just enjoy charging extra when you clearly are within 12 hours and that is what the price said. They just want money.

 - Good Prices. Love this Location.. The Manager And Staff are very Professional.

 - We parked there for 5 days coming from Montreal. Very nice parking lot and a very convenient way to visit Manhattan. Just besides the PATH station where you take the train to Manhattan for 2.75$. The ride is about 20 minutes. The price is 23$ a day even though it says 21$ on this web page. When you reserve, it says you have a 7% discount if you share on Facebook but that didn't work for me.
