Penn Warwick Garage

 - Don't ever park here. They just trying to get triple from you even you park less than 30 mins. We came back before 30 mins, we tried to talk to the cashier, but the cashier was stalling time by talking to his co-worker and the customer arrived after us. Then he charged us triple, $21 dollars. We were shocked, asking him why. He told us that even 1 min over, we will be charged. However, half-hour is $7, how they charge us $21 for 31 mins? We didn't think too much and left. We should at least get a receipt. We checked online later, and we are sure we were overcharged.

 - We used the garage and paid in advance using the 'Spot Hero' parking app. When we arrived at the garage we confirmed with the attendant the name and address of the garage and he said we were in the correct place. When we checked out, however, we were told we were not in the correct garage and had to pay in full - on top of the amount we already paid on the app. We told the cashier her colleague had confirmed the garage name and address and she told us he hadn't. How would she know!? She rudely told us she would keep our car until we paid and wasn't interested in talking. She slammed the window closed. As my wife is 8 months pregnant and we had to get to a routine hospital appointment I had no choice but to pay. I asked for a receipt and a contact number to complain and the cashier refused either. This garage are THIEVES.

 - Your team of employees at 17th and chancellor are thieves they sold my Wallet I confronted them and they laughed and told me I was crazy I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!
