 - Clean, warm and convieniant. Just make sure you arrive before 1045 PM or you will not be allowed to enter. Otherwise it was a great placxe to park.

 - Reservation and parking worked very smoothly. Initially we arrived about 20 minutes ahead of our scheduled 5 pm parking time, and were told to come back after 5:00. Lesson learned. Lot is convenient to Capital One Center and other things.

 - The reservation system was very easy and convenient. The only complaint I have is with the attendant. I was supposed to have a guaranteed spot but when I arrived he tried to turn me away. I think he was looking for a "tip" to get me in but since I had my receipt he let me in telling me that if I hit anything I would be charged. He let other cars in after me, and there were empty spots so it seems because it was busy for a Tuesday he was looking to make some extra cash.

 - Easy to find, attendant was efficient! Lot itself is better suited to smaller vehicles, it has low ceilings and *very* tight corners.

 - Alex the Co-Founder of Parkme wanted me to leave a review so here it goes. My wife made the actual reservation and said it was a piece of cake. No problems at all with the website. When I made it to my destination the attendant at the lot was more than helpful. I needed directions from the lot to the event which was a half block up the street. So the lot was perfect. I will keep using this great service and for the price you can't beat it. Telling all my friends to get I this site. AWESOME JOB GUYS!
