300 W 144th St Garage

 - I made a spot hero reservation the night before as I had to be at a work meeting the next day when I arrived the attendant Ignacio immediately waved me off and said he was not taking any more cars. I tried to explain that I had a reservation and he refused to hear me out. He was rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with this lot

 - 12/19/2020 11:40 noon I went to supermarket Foodtown and used the parking garage and the attendant locked my keys inside vehicle. I was using a zipcar. A signal sent to open vehicle was too weak. I had to take a cab home with food and then another cab back to supermarket to wait for someone to come from zipcar to open vehicle. Meanwhile the attendant didn't help, he wouldn't give me his name or call supervisor @ my request. He also wasn't wearing a mask. He also didn't apologize. I had to wait for almost 3 hours in the garage and in the end had to pay extra for the zipcar because it went over the time I had reserved for vehicle. Terrible!
