 - Badest service I‘ve ever seen. Got our renting car, who was practically new. Let the car one night at the parking lot and there were scretchers on three rims!!! After a talk with the employee if they have an insurance or something, he got very unfriendly and talked about a lawyer…. 0 competence. Great start to our holidays….

 - Parking was quick and easy; all I had to do was arrive, get out of my car, and hand it over to the valet. Leaving was just as quick and easy. The price was excellent for my Sunday sojourn to the Fairmont Hotel two blocks away (but, oh, those hills!). I would definitely use this service again.

 - This process -- of reserving and pre-paying for parking -- was so easy. It greatly increased my enjoyment of my trip to "The City," because I was not worried at all about finding a parking spot.
