Upon returning to retrieve our car, we were informed that the staff had lost the key. They showed no accountability and suggested we use alternative transportation. After waiting, they opened the car without our permission, handing it to us with a makeshift key. Their unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility were unacceptable. I would caution others against using their services until improvements are made.
