- Absolute shocking, machines faulty and due to trying to pay missed the 10 minute deadline. However I did manage to pay through my phone. I then received a penalty notice, of which I appealed and did show my proof of payment, but the appeal was rejected. If I have to go to court with regards to this, I will do but after seeing all these reviews with the same issues, I shall not be paying this fine. Disgusting

- Their machines don't work, the app doesn't work, and they send you a fine even though I still managed to pay via their machine after 15 minutes of trying!! Avoid at all costs!!

- The location of this car park is excellent. It is within easy walking distance of all Birmingham's main attractions - particularly close to RBSA. As well as its superb position the pricing is unbelievably reasonable. I cannot recommend this car park highly enough.

- As above, have received fine after taking too long to pay which was all down to the machines in the car park not taking credit cards, app not working etc DO NOT PARK HERE YOU WILL GET FINED

- Do NOT use this car park. Payment systems do not work, the site is not secure, and those responsible for its operation fundamentally want to find a way to fine you £100. There are other parks, including council parks, right out front. USE THOSE.

- Wasn't able to pay within their term of ten minutes due to the incompetency of their machine (not everyone is able to pay with their phone, nor should need to!) and landed with a large fine even after largely overpaying for my stay - will avoid at all costs and advise others to do the same.

- Abslutely rubbish car park. Paid for a ticket yet still got a fine. They say you only have 10 mins to pay for a ticket. But their machine is so terrible that it takes around15 mins to pay by card. Go to Livery street instead.
