- the parking Kiosk in this garage are respectfully not responsibly run. so if you put your ticket in the slot on the Kiosk on the 1st floor(NE corner) without seeing the sign on the machine, you lose your ticket(it drops inside somewhere and if you then get in your car and drive to the exit, you come to another kiosk which has no intercom to contact anyone.PERIOD. and then the machine wants $21 dollar for lost tickets. alot of people have appts across the street at 1301 Fannin park here should know about these defective Kiosks. and I lost my ATM card in the KIOSK also.these Kiosks should hve even been repaired long ago
