- Its handy for the beach but expensive for four or five hours on the beach which most people probably do if its a nice day! And more especially for local people who already pay council tax. I live in Exmouth but love Budleigh but cant afford to live there; so if I want to come there I have to drive and park there. I really do think that £1.00 an hour is ridiculous. If there are four adults its not so bad but for a single person its quite a high price
there should be some kind of season ticket available........
