Lot#39-A University Town Center Garage A

 - This place is poorly run. Service is awful. Not enough staff, staff is rude at times. The provide you with cards that don’t work.

 - I never had an issue with this garage before so I'm extremely disappointed in this experience. All signage says that cash is only accepted at the machines. What the signs don't tell you is that the machines don't give you change. My receipt even says "short not returned". I could understand if there was a sign saying "exact change only" but there was none of that! I tried calling the phone number on the signs but can't get in touch with anyone as to how to get my change returned. It's impossible to leave a voice message because the mailbox hasn't been set up. Very professional.

 - 11/6/17 I have used this lot for years, and always been pleased with the "first two hours free" policy. I was therefore surprised (not in a good way) to discover that today, in spite of what this website says about parking costs at Garage A, that the garage now charges for all parking. It cost me $1 to run across the street to the library, an errand completed in 10 minutes.
