 - I agree with the reviews that mention overpricing. We were not notified in advance that there was a parking charge and the rates are not posted as you enter. Also, we didn't get a receipt.

 - Outrageous parking fees, especially in the 'burbs. The increase from 1 hr 59 min and 2 hr 01 min is $4.00! Really. This is a 21st century case of charging what the traffic will bear. There are no alternative lots and only a few metered spots that have early and late restrictions. They are shameful for taking advantage of a mostly elderly or disabled (and not enough spaces for them) population who must be there, not for pleasure. There oughta be a law!

 - The spaces for cars in the garage are very tight - it should have a few inches more room to be safe. I don't like my car doors being hit. This garage is over the top expensive.

 - I went to my doctor's office for my annual physical. Arrived at 9:30am and left the office at 10:40am. I got charged $8:00!!! Way too expensive. My appt was at 9:45 so I barely made it since the lot was pretty full close to the building. Very surprised with the increase and only 15min grace period. Bring back the $2.00 per hour rate!
