- I visited this lot on 11-30-19 and had a horrible experience with the owner. When I pulled into the garage, cars were being directed between 2 different lanes. I waited in the middle to be directed to one of the lanes. I was directed to the left lane, and the owner approached me and asked me to straighten my car out as my rear passenger wheel was over the line into the other lane. But he didn't simply ask, he insulted me and spoke to me like I was a stupid woman - telling me that my car was "jackknifed" and that I needed to learn how to park. I told him I thought he was being rude, and instead of apologizing, he defended himself, and eventually told me I could park my car elsewhere. This was terrible customer service. Thankfully, another employee came over and helped me, and he was very kind. Too bad the owner was horrible, and clearly needs a different job.
