- We parked in this lot this past weekend assuming that it would be the $2 fee as it was in an adjacent hospital garage. There was no fee signage as we entered or exited, and we did not receive a receipt after paying with a card. We noticed the charge on the bank statement at $10 and our visit was under 2 hours! When we attempted to contact the hospital system regarding this mischarge, they stated that it was a flat $10 fee regardless of the amount of time. They also acknowledged that the fee was not posted for anyone to see. This is a terrible ripoff for patients and their families and is extremely negligible on the hospital for failing to provide notification of timing and fees before committed entry into the garage.
