 - we've used this before and it has recently gone down hill fast. the shuttle service adn employees are rude and lazy...vast difference from a year ago. This time I got off shuttle after long day with my two kids get in my car and start to leave and drive over a nail that popped my tire...finally 3 hours later tow truck comes and we got another ride to get us home 1.5 away...they made leaving and paying a HUGE pain. I had to leave with the tow truck driver and not pay ahead of it...it's a long story...but AWFUL and sunpass malfunctioned and had to pay cash...but now also charge on sunpass...nightmare of a situation...Will not use again

 - The shuttle was a 20 minute wait at 6:30AM on a Sunday. When it did arrive, the driver told me he was only going to Terminal A which meant an additional wait for the Terminal B Bus ( no where to be seen), or a 15 minute walk to the next terminal with all of my luggage. There were three of us waiting, all going to Terminal B. I missed my flight which resulted in a canceled trip, and lost business, which is unacceptable.

 - The North Park Place Economy Parking lot at Orlando International Airport provides short term parking at $10.00 per day. This is about half the price of regular parking. With relative ease, I was able to park my SUV in Section A and jump aboard a bus to the Southwest Airlines terminal. A week later I returned to find my vehicle just where I placed it. No problems or issues with the ride to or from the airport. Sunpass and credit cards are accepted. My only suggestion is to park in either Sections A or B as they are close to a guarded exit and appear to provide a bit more security for both yourself and your vehicle. William E.  - Shuttle service was very good ,bus was at the exit door at the airport waited only 3 minutes and left,ride to parking lot was fast and safe .Good service.

 - Nice sized lot with reasonable rates. You should expect to wait FOREVER to be picked up from the terminal. Wait times have gone from reasonable to rediculous over the past few months. Will be switching to wally park
