 - This is a total scam. They advertise $20 for 24hrs. I kept my car there 2 days and 12 hours and as I checked out I had a $220 fee for not moving my car. Avoid this place at all costs.

 - Machine didn’t let me in without calling someone, I called the service person in charge and he let me in without giving me a ticket. Then as I left I called again and they said if I don’t have a ticket they have to charge me 80$ and wouldn’t let me leave. Never park here ever complete rip off!

 - Just left this location very unprofessional , lot tentant got disrespectful loud and rude with me . I asked him for his name he wouldn't tell me . This man acted as if he wanted to fight me . Being a woman I was indeed in fear for my life . I will be reporting this incident to the authorities . Don't go here .

 - I just went to park there and its nice-bran new looking but they have now raised the price to a daily maximum of $75.00 or $3.00 per hr. I am staying in South beach for 48 hours and did not want to pay $150 dollars..Crazyness...anyways all the other parking lots down the street (no more than 2 blocks) have a daily maxumim $20.

 - This parking lot on Lincoln Road is the best deal in town. In addition, the parking lot is well lit at night and it is so clean. The stairways are also lit and smells great. Not like other parking lots
