DFW - Remote South

 - I am unable to modify my confirmed parking. I need to change the license plate number of the vehicle that I'm using; therefore, it won't match the toll tag number that's on the vehicle. I tried calling to get help with this; but was never called back.

 - November 3, 2019 Excellent Service As I was approaching the waiting area ADDIE inquired if I was taking the A-B-C bus; (remote south) perhaps I was, she quickly asked the driver LINDA to wait a second. Linda assisted me with my luggage on/off the bus. Both employees were courteous, polite, friendly, and professional. It's evidence that they have a passion for what they do! Keep-up the outstanding customer service! Thank you.
