 - Park here for work-has 7 floors but the elevator is almost always out of commission.

 - Went to a play and got the ticket , when we left and pay at the machine Level 3, paid cash and machine didn't have change, tried to got to the operator window and there was no one, so they charged me $10 more for parking!!!

 - I used this garage while attending a play. There were no signs that said credit card only but when I exited, the attendant would not take cash. He said the credit card policy is posted in the elevator which we did not use. Their credit card machine did not look secure but I used it with a card that I seldom use. I just had to cancel the card because of unauthorized charges that occurred within two weeks of using their machine.

 - paid 10 dollars for event parking. there are signs in lot that you have to insert ticket before going to car. I got charged another 13 DOLLARS! when we left we told the clerk and she said we shouldn't have put our ticket in machine. when we told her we didn't know that and were just following what all the signs said she told us "oh sorry, have a nice day". will never park there again!
