 - very convenient lot and very competitive pricing! love that they are mobile / credit card / tech friendly because i rarely have cash on me. have parked here countless times and have NEVER had an issue. this lot is definitely a hidden gem!

 - Ever since SP+ took over, the service has dramatically increased. The ability to pay on your phone, especially when you're in a rush makes parking much easier and more convenient. The attendant and manager there are also extremely friendly and always willing to help. Thank you!

 - I got Unusually rude service!!! I called from Hyannis asking "for information on the parking." A man handed the phone to someone else. I was told, "I am busy right now, what do you want, make it quick." I started to tell the man, "I need parking in the morning for around 4-1/2 hours early tomorrow,etc., AND HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!! I am taking a $139.00 exam at the Pearson's Testing early tomorrow morning, traveling in from Hyannis with $27.00 for parking, as i am trying to arrange parking on Devonshire Street- the male employee at 1 Devonshire Street Parking Lot phone number outright refused me any information and hung up on me!!! There are usually arrogant and unhelpful males answering the phone!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! ZERO RATING!
