- The attendant was extremely rude. Never saw a person that was rude like that. We got a pass from Spot Hero. However, when we were at the gate, the attendant refused to accept the Spot Hero pass, and forced us to pay with cash or credit card again. We kept trying to communicate with him that we paid and had a pass, he refused to listen and kept yelling at us, until both me and my husband got mad and yelled back. Our dash camera recorded every sentence he said.
