 - The garage has NO exit signs! You can drive around and not know how to get out. A really bad experience! A waste of time!

 - If you don't have a smart phone, you will not be able to park in this lot. I tried for 15 minutes and could not get anywhere. And apparently there is no other way, so go a lot with a kiosk. Which ones they are, I have no idea.

 - I am a foreign tourist, with a rental car, no internet on my phone and I parked my car on 9/20. I was instructed by a nice lady to insert my credit card at the entrance of the entrance and opt to stay for 3 hours. On leaving, understanding that I had prepaid, I didn't get any better instructions, I just went out with the car. I'm in doubt if I acted correctly. In my credit card it was charged $ 3,00. Is it ok?

 - I parked there for the seniors movie Wednesday, July 24, 2019, and used the app I entered my validation code X1rPJ but I never understood if I did it correctly so can you make sure I am covered so I do not receive any bill for parking that day. I have not received anything so I am guessing I did it right but prefer to check. Thank you.

 - since I have to pay via app when I park, how do I get validation to reverse that charge? We plan to go to Bow Tie Theatre Tuesday afternoon.
