Stewart Hotel

 - The valet was very rude. My boyfriend threw a tissue into a garbage can by the disinfecting wipes, valet person said that thats not garbage and expected him to take it out from there. It was clearly a garbage can where disinfecting wipes were thrown in to. I had never experience such poor customer service and felt like I was being talked down.

 - Zero stars would be my choice. Damaged entire rear bumper and then parking attendant pretended that's how the bumper was manufactured!They do not answer the phone and then have a voicemail with the idiot in charge pretending "he is on leave and attending meetings, and will return your call upon his return". I did not feel comfortable pulling up in this garage, it's very tight, but figured they know what they are doing being NYC and tight spaces being the norm, but here I am with hundreds of dollars worth of damage and no way to reach them other than drive back to NYC to cpeak to someone in person! Pick widsely...this is not the place!

 - This lot is a price gauging machine. They try to upcharge you $15 for “oversize vehicles”. Never had a problem with my small SUV that is the size of a sedan, if not smaller, in any other lot. Save yourself a hassle and money and go elsewhere.
