- I've been a monthly parker at this garage and the service has gone completely downhill. First they cut the hours without cutting the prices. I'm usually home by midnight, so not too much of an inconvenience, more just annoying. Worse is that they've taken in so many new customers that it's impossible to get in and out, even when you've given plenty of notice. The worst was that the garage was so full that they parked my car on the street! I got a $115 ticket, which they have not yet taken care of. Basically, they're just greedy.
Some of the staff is great, really hard-working and competent; others speak so little English they can't handle the basics.
