 - I parked at this parking location at 200-206 West 52nd St, New York, NY 10019. I parked there throughout the entire pandemic and gave them continuous patronage during that difficult time financially because I was able to secure an $18/day rate. On 5/25/2021 I arrived at 8:22 pm. Less than 30 minutes after the early bird deal apparently expired and I had to pay $72!! $54 more because of 22 minutes. The employees informed me that the company does not allow them to change the rate. I respectfully ask you to honor my historical patronage to your facility by refunding me the overcharge by arriving a few minutes late after working all day. I sent this same information to the Circle Parking site and they never even responded with any apology or attempt to help out. Poor customer service, There is another garage across the street on 52nd that I would use instead, City Parking.

 - This lot was clean, professional and efficient. It was very nearby to the venue that we were going to which made it very convenient. All the attendants were friendly and helpful. I especially liked the heated waiting area we were able to wait for our car. The pre-paid parking voucher made everything run so smoothly. Thank you Circle Parking and ParkMe for an overall positive parking experience. I will definitely use this service and this lot again.
