152 E 179th St Parking

 - 0 STARS! I've been parking in this lot for the past week without issues until today. When I went to pick up my car at around 6:00 pm today I give the manager my ticket stubs and tells me that it's to my left. To my left are 2 Mazda SUV's, neither of them mine. He tries to convince me that one of those is my car to which I tell him that neither of those plates are mine. When I turn behind me I see my Mazda SUV with someone in the passenger seat. I tell the manager that that is my car to which he has the audacity of telling me that it wasn't, it was hers. I tell him again that the plate on that Mazda is mine and ask him to check the ticket stub which matches with the ticket on the window shield. He then signals to the girl to get out and says sorry. I asked what the purpose of having tickets are for if the numbers aren't checked before letting people get in to cars. He apologized stating that we since we have the same car he got confused. The girl just laughed as though almost driving away in another person's car or invading private property was a joke. I don't want to think what would've happened if I hadn't arrived when I did.

 - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!ibrought my car for 24hr. Parking. They scratch the front side of the car , when I tried to talk to the attendant he told me he doesn't speak English so I should come back the next day btw 7am to 2 pm because that is when the owner will be there. I returned the next day in the morning and another attendent was there not the owner. I tried talking to him too . The same. he said he doesn't speak English and was very very rude!!! I had to call the police. I called them and they told me to take it to civil court ! Who has time to go to court? But as for this one, I will see them in court.
