- Worst experience in my life in a parking garage. Unfriendly and I was charged triple.

- It isn't possible to give 0 stars, or I would. Worst parking experience ever in NY city. We were conned, lied to, ripped off, and way overcharged. We agreed to an already exorbitant one day fee of 100$ for our Chevy truck. We arrived to pick it up the next day and were told $195.00 as we were one hour over 24!! This was NEVER told to us the day before. We had no choice but to pay, which we are disputing now because we needed the vehicle to get home. NEVER park here!

- I used to love parking at this garage when it was under the previous management and staff. They are now under the name of 185th Operating LLC. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They do not accept payments made through discounted parking companies like Park Whiz. I told them I prepaid and got a discounted rate of $14.00. They refused to accept it and charged me $35.00. They did deduct the $14.00 but what they had on record as to when I arrived and departed did not match what I paid for. The fact is when you use Park Whiz or any of the other discount parking sites, they are to accept what you paid for. This garage is horrendous now and I am so sad the old staff is gone. They were great and gentlemen. I will never park at this garage again. DO NOT PARK HERE AS THEY WILL ONLY RIP YOU OFF AS THEY DID ME AND DISRESPECT YOU AS THEY DID ME. THEY ARE DISGUSTING.

- There is always a long wait on weekends. Today there was a twenty minute wait even though we called forty minutes before we wanted to pick up. The lot is understaffed on Saturdays and Sundays. Calling ahead makes no difference- if they bother to pick up the phone, which they seldom do. But when they do, they still act as if they are hearing from you for the first time when you arrive.

- "You're a bad teacher. It doesn't take 45 minutes to go to Staples." Esteban, the supervisor at this garage, actually said this to me upon returning from Staples with my validated parking ticket. After waiting for a combined 15 minutes at Staples and at this garage pick-up window, the attendant refused to honor my validation as I was 7 minutes over the 45-minute limit. He charged me $20 to return my car. When I asked to speak to a supervisor to explain that we had been waiting in the garage's line, Esteban said 'That is our policy. You are a bad teacher. It doesn't take 45 minutes to go to Staples.' I've been living and teaching in Washington Heights for over a decade, and have never been treated so poorly by a business in the area. This is not our neighborhood. I will never park here again and encourage those with a choice to not support this garage. I returned to Staples to explain the situation to the manager. "They are real pricks up there... This has been an ongoing issue; believe me you are not the only one."

- Worest park lot ever.. they damage my car and they don't pay for damaged

- The owner is an absolute lunatic. A very angry and irrational man... My car was scratched and he refused to pay for it. Avoid this garage!
