When dropping off your car, customers should go directly to the Kohls garage, where an attendant will direct them to enter the garage and park. Customers will be transported via complimentary van service with their luggage across the street to the Crowne Plaza Hotel where complimentary shuttle service for Herndon Park & Fly customers will depart every 30 minutes, on the hour and the half hour to the airport.
Should you need to contact the the Crowne Plaza regarding shuttle service, the number is 703-471-6700. Should you need to contact the garage attendant, the number is 703-435-0591. Should you need to contact Monument Parking, please call 202-833-9357.
Herndon Park & Fly operates 24 hrs/day. Between 6:00AM - Midnight, check-in at attended Kohl's/Herndon Park & Fly Garage. Between Midnight - 6:00AM, check-in at Crowne Plaza Herndon and park in the open lot.

 - This was a perfect experience. Covered parking for $7 per day is hard to beat. The reservation online was seamless. The attendant at the lot took us immediately to the Crowne Plaza for the shuttle to Dulles. On the way back, the shuttle took us straight to the garage. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this as an option for parking at Dulles!
