 - shocking state of affairs, ticket machine not working correctly paid cash got the ticket still received a packing notice, appealed sent a copy of the ticket which clearly showed paid cash, time, date and car reg. Britannia parking group totally ambivalent to the evidence supplied suggested we pay £20.00 for it to go away, not paying twice wont be parking here again, will get citizens advice and ombudsman involved. need to be at the hospital as my daughter is having cancer treatment, is there no commonsense or humanity left, Cumberland sort these people out. PLEASE, how many more ????

 - usually we have no issues! but today I put £2 70 into the machine which gives us ample time to take our meals, but strangely only £2 20 registered which gave us less time! I am puzzled as there is no mention of that payment on the machine! The manager apologised and thankfully we were finished our meal in time just losing 50p
