- Totally disgusted at being charged £12 this evening. Having arrived at the car park at 16:25, surely I should have only paid £3 and then the £2 flat rate for hours after 5pm entry. Is this another way of scamming customers out of cash just so that Southampton council can reap in the cash to substitute their coffers.
