Enter this location at 2450 Valley View Ln. This is the 2450 Valley View Ln - Uncovered lot, operated by Valeta. It is located on the east side of Valley View Ln. between W Airport Fwy. and W Rochelle Rd. You can only access this location traveling north on Valley View Ln. The entrance is marked by a gray 'Valeta' sign with white lettering. When you arrive, look for the two-story gated parking lot next to the large glass building. We are not the glass building.

 - I don’t know if they changed their name this location was called “joy” parking. The service was terrible. The calls are frequently unanswered for pickup and drop off, there is no schedule so it’s not clear when you will be able to plan to be at the airport, the individual I was picked up by was lazy (we had to walk 30 gates to get to him when there was no one else in the shuttle) and rude (he rolled his eyes and spoke with a high amount of disrespect). I know this is cheap but it’s not worth the money. I had to take a Lyft to the airport which costed 20 dollars because I would have missed my flight had I waited - 3 other ppl who were waiting with me also did the same. If you factor in the additional expense and headache the cost savings become minimal and not worth it

 - No attended at premise. All phone numbers are dead or disconnected. No shuttle service.. This place dead & no security at all. Bad business....

 - If you don't listen to anyone else listen to me!!! DON'T PARK HERE!!! ESPECIALLY of you're flying in late! You will have to call a Lyft back to your vehicle! Otw to the airport the lady that gave me a ride to the airport was full of shit.. she was driving while caking on the phone with whoever the fuck.. breaking all laws. Oh let's not forget their bootleg raggedy ass "shuttle" that's really some type of cream colored SUV that makes a thumping noise every minute was dirty as fuck! They will not answer your calls so don't EVEN TRY the number that's given to you on the door nor the little bullshit ass card they say you'll need once you're back in town. Just call Lyft..I disputed the charge for my parking and received my damn money back from these Bitches fuck them!!

They just put a number on a piece of paper and tell you to call it but no matter how many times you call they will never answer so don’t bother with this place. Had to pay $35 more on top of this place because of Uber expenses. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS PLACE. THEY ARE TRASH!!!! Use your money on a place that will have a shuttle and look after your car!!!!!
