 - The signs letting people know this is now a paid parking lot after years of it being free are really confusing, and badly placed. It all looks very close to how it looked before so you don't realize its paid parking now. 90$ ticket, instead of the 2.75 id of gladly paid if the signs were clear. I feel swindled. Very upset. I wont be going to the Quay much at all now

 - Disservice to the Quay and to ICBC. Shocked to receive the $90 ticket, since we have had free parking at the ICBC lot on weekends for 30+ years. Signs of the changes should have been posted throughout. I am disgusted with Impark, who have eroded their reputation even further, and ICBC if allowed by them.

 - I had the same problem. Did not see new signage as I parked close to the entry and exited the same way. The signage on the floor of the stall still indicated no parking Monday to Friday during business hours and was not changed.$89.25 for 20 minutes of parking. Impark is part of Reef Technology and every one should request a refund or go to the press. This is gouging during Covid times ACTUALLY MINUS 5 STARS

 - My friend and I had the same experience last weekend. We have always parked there for free on weekends and had no hint that the rules had changed. I don't intend to pay this $89 ripoff-totally unreasonable! The so-called "ticket" is not enforceable. I contacted Impark who not surprisingly were completely inflexible. Also contacted ICBC - it will be interesting to see their response about this while they are currently bragging about sending money back to BC drivers.

 - The parking at ICBC has been free for as long as I've lived here, and suddenly they start charging without putting up proper signage, it's such a trap. We just wanted to go and support some local businesses during Covid and got stuck with an $80 ticket. We even talked about how empty it seemed, but every single spot has "no parking M-F 9-6" written on it and we made a point of looking for signs because it seemed odd how empty it was. There are tiny little signs at the entrance that are almost impossible to see on the way in.

 - It is not only a bad practice but shameful, specially at this ominous time, for an organizations being ICBC or Impark to suddenly and without any notice start issuing ticket to weekend users of the parking which have always been free. We used to go there to spend time with family and friends and enjoy the Quay but not any more. The reputation of Impark has always been murky and I know now why.

 - ICBC parking has always been free over the weekend, and all of a sudden they have changed policy (apparently!) without signage (or at least proper signage). I say apparently, because I didn't see any signage and just got a ticket and I assume that would be the case. Very bad business Impark, and shame on ICBC not to do anything about this unfair situation. Another negative point for ICBC and Impark joining the bad reputation club.

 - So lonsdale quay vendors are struggling to stay afloat and now there is no longer any free parking allowed in ICBC stalls on the weekend AS THERE HAS BEEN FOR DECADES?!?! And NO appropriate signage stating it has changed to having to pay! I’m not sure who is to blame, ICBC or Impark but you should be ASHAMED!!
