 - Advertise $5 parking nights and weekends on sandwich board at entrance. The machine charges $7 and they have no option to call anybody from car about charge nor are any of their booths manned. Scam!

 - This lot has been increasing it's amounts monthly by $1. This website states early bird is $10, not true. Early bird is now $15 and there is no advance notice when they raise their rates. One day you go to pay and BOOM, another dollar more. Park elsewhere.

 - This lot went from $10 to $12 to $14 for early bird in the course of a few months. That kind of price gauging is just stupid. Plenty of other place to park

 - I have been parking here for two weeks utilizing the daily early bird rates. I get in before 9 and leave before 7 and its only $10. There is always parking on level E which is where you're required to park for early bird. I am really protective of my car and there is plenty of large/end spaces to ensure you don't get door dinged. I have not had any issues so I can't speak about customer service or overnight issues but I think the daily early bird parking is great, convenient, easy and affordable.

 - Worst situation ever. Went to 3 exits that said cards were unreadable. Line of cars to exit all had to back up and try another exit. After trying two more exits (exit 2 - cards unreadable and again all backed up), finally found exit that would let us out. By that time had not gotten ticket back from second exit so forced to pay $26 to get out instead of $6. Attendant on phone no help; said take it up with office tomorrow. Don't park here!

 - $42 to park here overnight (less than 24 hours) when staying at the WESTIN Hotel last Friday night 4/22/2016!!!!! RIP OFF!!! We noticed our receipt said $42 instead of the $22 'weekend rate'. Went back to the front desk of the WESTIN immediately on Saturday morning and was told to deal with the parking garage - now the parking garage blames the hotel. What a shit show!

 - We ate at the Cheesecake Factory and were validated for parking. We tried to exit from several machines, but all claimed the ticket was unreadable. In the process we discovered that several other parkers were having the same issue. Contacting "customer service" was absolutely no help. They would not send anyone to address the situation and refused to open the gate- holding us hostage and forcing several cars all to pay a ridiculous $26 "lost ticket" penalty and telling us to contact the garage owner to dispute the charge. I'm from out of town-so basically the stole $26 bucks from me as well as getting paid from the restaurant.

 - Worst public parking ever! No sidewalks, no clear directions and waited in line for 10 mins to get out... too many issues with the machine!
