 - ** Reposting this review because I did not rate the business, and after I submitted it, it marked down four stars ** I would give this garage 0 stars!! The City Place parking garage is the worst! They have the worst customer service. I left three voicemail messages, and no one got back to me. I had to call a fourth time and finally reached a human being. I went to watch a movie at AMC at 10 pm. By the time the movie finished, I was unable to validate my parking ticket. I kept calling the parking tenant at both numbers provided, and no one would answer. I had to pay $16.94 for parking for an event that I did not attend. Garage won't reimburse me even though I was only in their garage to watch the movie Eternals. The supervisor was rude and should be fired! Avoid this parking garage! I will never be going back there again!!

 - Went to the cheesecake factory and parked at the garage thinking we could validate our ticket and get out for free. We spent 1 and a half hours there. 1 was given for free and the half was $6 and change. They said they no longer honor the parking discount at restaurants after 5pm. It's cheaper to park at the tolls but those are expensive too. Best option is to stay far away from CityPlace and West Palm in general. The mayor and liberal government there have really destroyed what used to be a thriving city. Homeless people will harass you for money as you leave. Gangs from neighboring hoods patrol looking for victims and cars to break into. A typical Democrat city. The place is a dump.

 - - Had dinner at Brio and validated my parking ticket. Parking attendant was nice at the exit and the garage was clean. Overall parking experience was great.

 - Garage is well lit and easy to enter and exit.

 - Had parking validated by restaurant. When I went to leave they hit me for $8 and I was there less than four hours.

 - Parked in the Macy's Garage and had lunch at Cheesecake Factory. I met a friend for lunch; she also drove and parked in Macy's garage. We spent 3 1/2 hours at Cheesecake Factory and had our ticket validated. We both were surprised and disgusted with the price of parking. Our charge each was $9.00. We spend $40.00 on lunch and then end up paying another $18.00 for parking, unbelievable. We will no longer give our business to City Place. Too many other good restaurants that have free parking or complimentary valet.

 - This parking was horrible took 30 minutes to find a spot and 1hr and 30 minutes to leave. Would never park here again. Park if you have 2 hours to wait until you get you leave. Horrible experience.
