- I parked in the Red Lot for 6 days during the recent snow storm. When I came back to Rochester the shuttle brought me to my car and it was PLOWED IN. The majority of cars were PLOWED IN. The snow was actually up to my knees and I could barely open my Suv trunk. Before leaving the shuttle I asked the driver how I was going to get my car out. He ignored me. He opened the shuttle door, didn't help me with my luggage and left me . I was left in the parking lot trying to figure out how I would get out. I'm a senior citizen and couldn't believe that I would just be dropped off like that all alone in the parking lot. I feel that if we pay to have our cars parked in this lot and there is a snow storm, cars should NOT be PLOWED IN! Very disappointed.
