- I have a handicap plate. I don't have to pay for parking in public lots. I waited over 5 min after pressing the "Call" button. It said "Your call is registered" but no one ever came on. I had people blowing their horns and a guy start to come up to my car. So I finally just paid the ticket. I started using the Majestic several months ago instead of the garage at the Charleston Place because on weekends that garage can be full and I can't get in. But the service there is better! I work in retail so I paid more to park that what I make in an hour at work! This is so wrong on so many levels. I would appreciate being reimbursed for my ticket. Thank you...Michelle
