- THEY BREAK INTO CARS, AT THIS FACILITY! Today I parked on the second level at ABM Parking to attend a meeting at the Embassy Suites, then went out to dinner. When I returned at approximatele 7:50 pm, my Lexus showed signs it had been ransacked, the glove compartment was left open, the front passenger door had a small dent, as if someone had parked very close and banged my car when they exited their car. A
few small items were missing. I was unable to locate an employee to report the break-in, and I had to pay $13.00 to exit the premise. When I drove the car, it felt rough, the steering wheel made a hissing sound and the horn was broken. I called my mechanic who is going to repair it tomorrow, but the ticket stub indicates that the parking facility is not responsible for damages. Please avoid this facility and search for a safer place to park.
