 - I have to apologies for wrongfully blaming for charging us for parking this morning 15 dollars. We checked and that was 6 dollars. Iam very sorry for this mistake

 - Been this morning in that parking. Find the spot with difficulty and spend 20-25 minutes for dropping kid and paid 15 dollars. Now have to go back feel horrible about visiting that place again

 - This parking srtructure is horrible. Been sitting in the fourth level for over 30 minutes trying to leave and the cars are lined up not moving an inch. It's now 650 pm Sunday night.

 - I was stuck up on level 4 for 40 minutes and I moved a mere 25 feet. Worse part is that I am still not moving as I speak. I am anticipate not getting out of here for another hour and a half. And to pay $16 to sit in my car? Are there no attendants? This is worse than Disneyland at closing time. Worst situation ever! A lot of people are parking due to the wait. You have a lot of unhappy customers (especially on Mothers Day)

 - We came to the lot & had to drive up 4 levels to find parking, then due to an internet conference waited for an elevator & finally got in line to book our room & after waiting too long decided not to stay at hotel. Our time was 13 minutes on ticket so they charged us $6. We kindly explained the story & the booth worker w/ your parking insisted we have to pay for going 3minutes past the 10 minute grace. We had two kids in car & intead of letting us go, Supervisor Ariam was extremely rude, forced 3 cars to move so we had to back up & go get our ticket validated for a silly 3 minutes. She has terrible customer service & you should rethink a very rediculous policy on such a crowded day due to an event @ the hotel or tell customers as they drive in to be aware of delays!!!! Most parking structures allow for a better grace period... It was absolutely impossible to get through the lot & back under 10minutes & remember, customer satisfaction is most important!
