 - I’ll pay $1000 to my lawyer before I pay you $72 for a fine after I already paid to park. CRIMINALS!!

 - This place is a racket. DO NOT PARK HERE. I am an attorney and a client of mine parked here and the owners of the lot repeatedly sends fraudulent billing invoices despite the fact that he paid to park here for 12 hours. They send automated responses and only want money. It would be worth it to pay more and to park further away than to patronize these frauds.

 - Predatory and misleading. Paid for my time in lot, was then sent payment collection for $87. Currently fighting the charge but huge hassle. DO NOT PARK HERE

 - DO NOT PARK HERE. Same issues as others. If you underestimate how long you will be there, they will send you outrageous bills after the fact. My daughter paid via mobile for an hour, and they just sent us an $87.00 citation for exceeding the time. This is predatory. We've used parking apps before. Most will notify you if your time is expiring and allow you to add more.

 - SCAM LOT! The timer on your car parking begins as soon as you drive in and doesn't end until you exit. This is despite the system being online so it takes a few minutes to access on your phone.

 - Parked in this lot on a Saturday (not on an event day). Paid for parking and money came out of my account. 2 weeks later a recovery team from Colorado mails us a photo of our car with an $80 bill because we "did not pay." When we send the company our confirmation of paying for parking they said it does not count as enough proof, but they can lower our bill to $60. This lot is a complete scam which has now got money from me when I originally parked and then again later when they decided they wanted more money from me.

 - Same as the other reviews....do not park here. I too received a ticket in the mail for $80.00 (for 1 hour of parking)

 - DO NOT PARK HERE!!! YOU WILL GET A TICKET!!! I parked here to go to an event across the street during the pandemic, so there was no employee to pay. I attempted to use their online pay-system, however, after entering in the credit card info and my license plate the payment wouldn't go through. I got somewhere with Wifi and tried again, I tried again on multiple devices but whenever I clicked the button to submit the payment it would never accept it. I then emailed the customer service on the website giving my license plate and informing them I have attempted to pay unsuccessfully and if there was another method of payment I could use. I never back heard from them. I received an 80$ ticket the next week for the brief time I was parked there, I guess the 85$ (with paying an online convenience fee) is better than the 8$ I tried to pay them for parking. Now I know why no one ever parks in this garage.

 - I experienced the same thing as Helen on the same day. Still trying to fight this bogus claim of non payment. Stay away from this garage.

 - I parked in this garage on May 5 before a Reds game. I paid the Valet $20 and also tipped him when he returned my car after the game. Event parking was $20 that day. Two days later, I received a parking violation notice saying I owe $80 for non-payment. I have left a phone message and two emails to address this. They have video footage of my car in their lot, so it stands to reason that they would also have footage of who parked and unparked the car. Their attendant! However, no one will get back to me to straighthen this out.

 - Watch out for the scam at this lot during Reds days! This parking lot is a joke.
