- Parked here monthly and it's valet which is great, but they almost shame you for leaving early or coming back after appointments. Also, my truck was hit on TWO separate occasions and since it's valet it's fairly obvious who did it. One was just a mirror scuff that I got out with a magic eraser, but the second was $1,500 worth of damage and it was on my passenger side so I didn't see it, and you know they just gave me the keys like nothing happened. The kicker is I've cancelled my monthly pass because they damaged my vehicle and they still have the nerve to make me give the 30 day cancellation policy. UNREAL. WOULD NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN.
