 - I was visiting the GWCC for Woman Thou Art Loose. The location of the yellow parking lot was perfect. It was well lit and we were able to quickly and easily find our vehicle when we returned to the lot. My one complaint is the price. The sign said $15 to park and I was charged $35. Because they only accept debit/credit cards and they didn't give me a receipt, I didn't realize I'd been charged $35 until the next day when I checked my bank acct online. The parking lot attendant didn't quote a price. He just took my card, swiped it and almost shooed me away with his hand as if I was a bother to him just because I was parking in his lot. When I called customer service today I was told that there was a concert at the Mercedes Arena and when they have events at Mercedes they increase the charge for all their lots to $35. That's fine and I get that, but it shouldn't be a surprise. The actual price should be clearly posted wherever money is being received for the parking. The customer service rep asked me where I pulled into the parking lot because the sign would have been at the front of the lot. I don't know what's considered the front of the lot and I shouldn't have to know. The correct and accurate price should have been posted at every booth and receipts should be given. We deliberately passed a parking lot with $35 parking and we got so excited when we came upon the yellow parking lot that said $15. I don't know if the lack of signage was deliberate or an oversight.
