 - There is a Caucasian woman who sits in the booth on Oxford Street who is racist, rude and a cheat. I had my 90 minute validated ticket from Ralphs. She wanted to see the receipt to make sure I had spent $35 in the store. I hadn't. She made me pay $12 despite the validation. I asked for her name, she wouldn't give it. She said if I came back she wouldn't let me in. After exiting and finding street parking, I went to talk to the manager at Ralphs who said they get a number of complaints about her. Avoid this parking lot at all costs. It seems to be run by thugs, with this hideous woman doing their bidding.

 - Extremely unhappy with the attendant Re***. I have had issue before so I remember her. I didn't report this last time because half was my fault. I went to Ralphs but there were so many cars, very crowded, couldn't find parking on the 1st floor and head to the exit. Of course I couldn't get a validation and was asked to pay $2.00. I handed my debit card, she asked for a receipt (I should have, but I refused). And how rude she overcharged my debit card! I had no proof! I couldn't complain. Well today, the ticket machine wasn't working so I'm waiting to receive one. At this point, she is having a conversation with another worker, already turned her body the other way. Then she gives me the her hand sign (not even talks) to pull back to get a ticket. I already knew the ticket machine wasnt working from the car in front. I press it and of course no ticket. Then another worker tells me it was because I was not at the sensor line and tell me to go little forward. I go and I go.. and if I do, I'll hit the stick. I get more upset and came out from the car and asked the employee, up to what point I need to be in order to get a ticket? I mean just tell me "I'm sorry the machine is not working" or just go home if you do not want to work! Nobody should be treated like this. How would Re*** and her coworker feel if they were treated like me? I'm pretty sure there were lot of customers who felt the same way and was treated the same way as I did but couldn't complain. This must to fixed.

 - ZERO star rating ...This parking staff is horrible. Be prepared to be chased, harassed and yelled at if you ask not to be forced to park on the slope of the ramp or outside a designated parking spot. Be prepared if you are in a wheel chair to be trapped in the elevator or not have access to it as they park cars directly in front of the elevator doors. Be prepared to slip down the stair access as it does not have any grip tape and is metal and slippery, also has pooling water in rain. Be prepared to be made to park in unsafe conditions as they go way over there occupancy limit for cars deliberately.
