Dillon Parking

 - Went Friday 1/8/21 at 1pm for Free vaccine. Took the ticket from the machine. Came out about an hour later. The women at the gate said it was $3.00, I told her i only went in for the vaccine. She said to me in a rude way that "well your vaccine was free" 1st off no business of hers about my vaccine, and yes it is free to all us citizens.I am 65 years old. I paid the $3.00 which she did not give me a receipt for. My husband went down to same garage about two hours later, same women as we had discussed. He told her that the hospital told him it was free to park,for the vaccine, and she did not charge him. He also saw her let another person go out without paying that was in front of him. I truly believe she is ripping people off and keeping the money. Those of us who were not told that the parking was free and let her know that we knew this. I wonder how much she took in that day. Someone should investigate her.

 - 8/26 11:47am parked King St. facility. pulled in up to gate. not opened. honked. attendant finally came out and told me to use the machine next time, told he did not see it. I had pulled in too far. said reason she gave me "the look" is because she got tired of being honked at. I took receipt and went to hospital to dr. office. Was not aware my club 55 no longer gave free parking in king St. garage. on return I submitted ticket, showed $3,00 charge. tried to enter my credit card, would not accept. pressed for help several times. Same irate woman finally got up, came out, asked for ticket-told her machine still had-said couldn't do anything w/o ticket- I told her to call someone then to retrieve my ticket! she then took my credit card inside, processed for $3.00 and returned receipt and card to me. When gate opened, I started out, stopped and told her "she is lucky she has a job"! Your site says $2.00 parking, not $3.00 I was charged. SOMEONE SHOULD CLARIFY AMOUNT; also if charge is $3.00 for all day or 1 hr. 37 minutes as in my case, state publicly your rates. I am available for further inquiry if needed. FYI I paid the required $50. 'Club 55 fee for ONE YEAR USE, now it now longer gives free parking and only 8 months have expired on my 2019 charge. When can I expect refund for the 4 months not providing 'Free Parking. Waiting for refund $$ and an explanation..
