- I visited my girlfriend who was staying there last week. A week later I get a "parking ticket" from premium parking enforcement, with a new Orleans address. Ticket says I owe $95 for an unpaid parking fee... at a hotel ... where I spent the night and bought food and drinks.
I called the front desk and politely asked if this was correct and said I never saw a sign or anything, the parking lot was open, and it seemed strange to owe $95 for parking with no warning. They said they don't have anything to do with it. Yeah right. Leave a note on the window at least and I'll pay the parking fee if I know there is one!
Beware, any company that swindles people like that is not one you should do business with. I'll avoid Sheraton from now on.
