- the reservation process was conveneint and easy, but the pickup process was untimely and inefficient. it took us about 25 mins for valet to bring our car, as we stood out in the cold waiting and watching others who were behind us in line get their cars. this could hv been avoided if patrons were allowed to self-park. i will park at a diff garage next time.

- Used this lot and the reservation for the first time this past weekend to attend a show at the Improv. Easy to make the reservation online. Easy to get to.(Thanks for providing an address that actually worked in my gps and took me straight there!) Attendants were courteous and valued me as a customer. Love that it's valet parking! Felt safe and secure. Hours clearly posted. After leaving the Improv, left the car there while I visited a lounge for drinks. Hate that it doesn't stay open a little longer. But I would definitely used this lot and the online reservation feature again!

- Originally I was satisfied with the service, however, a friend used your service and accidently left her purse at the counter, a parking attendant stole 200 dollars from her purse. Not good at all
