 - They damaged my Lexus and gave me a form to fill out. Afterwards, the claims department is unreachable. I sent message through their website and no response as well. Have to take them to court.

 - DO NOT PARK HERE. The rudest workers who will not bring your car to you after you have been waiting in line for 30 minutes. They refused to bring our car after many attempts and let others who handed tips leave. Literal screaming match between the workers and people waiting to get their cars. Never seen anything like it.

 - I would give a zero if I could. Despite having a reservation with a confirmation number, made over a month ago, the attendant told me that there was no overnight parking. I showed him the confirmation info, and he told me that there was no overnight parking. This is unacceptably bad customer service. What is the point of the reservation if, after driving 245+ miles, you arrive to no parking, and no effort to resolve the problem. Stay far away from this terrible garage

 - I used this garage through the best parking app because of the discounted price ($17.99). I booked a space for 1/4/2020 from 12:15pm to 11:30pm. I arrived late and entered the garage between 12:30-1pm and came back to pick up my car between 11:15-11:45pm later that evening because the attendant who received ny car told me they close at midnight. When I came back, I saw my car on the side by the entrance of the garage which immediately told me that my car was probably the last one in the lot and since they were almost closing, they were just waiting for me to pick up my car. I tried showing my bar code from my phone app to the two attendants so they can scan it but the guy insisted that I “already paid for it” with the amount of $46. I was confused at first and I said I used an app. He shoved the receipt to me saying it was already paid for. It felt like they were rushing me and my friend out of the garage maybe because I was the last customer and they just wanted to close that night. When I looked at my bank statement the next morning, I was charged both $17.99 from the app reservation (Best Parking) and $46.00 most likely from the garage directly.. so I ended up not getting a discount and overpaying for parking. I normally use Best Parking App for garages when I’m in the city but this last experience is so upsetting. Beware of this garage if you look for parking in this area.

 - These guys charged me twice!!! once on Spot hero then double when I got there. TheY REFUSED to refund once the error was realized despite showing receipts and have not returned my calls BUYERS BEWARE!!!

 - These people are criminals. Seriously, go somewhere else. I was charged twice. They refused to correct the problem. While trying to work with them they were hostile and rude. Their "customer support" phone number is voicemail that is never returned. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to avoid paying twice.
