 - I read some awful reviews and did not have high hopes for this service- however, I was impressed with the quality and efficiency of the staff. I needed to use valet in a pinch to barely catch a flight in time- the staff was helpful and worth the money.

 - My Handicap wife was schedule to arrive @ BNA on 11-20-20169 @ 7:05 PM. To pick her up I check on Valet parking. Your BNA Valet web site list rate @ $14.00 for 4 hours & @28.00 all day. I arrived @ Valet parking and was told the rate had going up to $34.00 for 24 hours and they did not have any other rates. I had no options but pay. Parking to pick up arriving passengers was bad not impossible.

 - very slow (30+ minutes to get car) and very expensive ($34/day) together with easy/reasonably prices available public parking across the street makes using BNA valet parking no longer a good idea

 - Potential scam alert - I did not have my valet claim ticket and arrived on a delayed flight about 12:15 AM last night. The valet cashier on duty tried to charge for the lost ticket ($5) and said it was "cash only" payment accepted. What a crock, needless to say I paid with my CC with no lost ticket charge.

 - i've used the valet service twice in the past 2 weeks. one was for a 48 hour trip, and one was for a 5 day trip. Both times, i texted and called to notify them of my arrival as soon as the plane touched down. After getting my luggage from Baggage Claim area, i went to valet. several of the workers were strolling around doing nothing but talking to each other. i waited over 25 minutes both times for them to bring me my car. I would have been better off time wise parking in economy. every worker there (except for the young man who brought me my car) was rude and not helpful.

 - Rude, incompetent, a disgrace to Nashville. Should lose their monopoly !!

 - Rating ZERO!!!! I recently parked my vehicle at the Nashville Airport in the VALET parking area. The day I was to return, I received a phone call to alert me that my vehicle was damaged, as a parking attendant hit a pole. As I landed and proceeded to the Valet area, they were very kind and stated I needed to do nothing and the claim would be fully taken care of, as this is a large, reputable company. I reluctantly did not get a police report, (just for insurance), as I trusted what I was told. That was my mistake. Now, weeks later, I am still arguing about what needs to be done for the repairs, and even though I provided estimates, they will NOT agree to the amount to perform the repairs. Their appraiser came out to review and he suggested to 'touch up and clear coat' the dented areas, rather than painting the entire area damaged. Furthermore, the company that is handling the claims for ABM Parking is out of California and only sends messages from a generic mailbox. I have asked for phone calls, but do not get a response from anyone, other than the generic email from "Loss Capture Claim Support". I have since stopped using the Valet area, and suggest the same. Should you have damage to your vehicle when parked at Valet, good luck. It's a part-time job getting your vehicle repaired....
