- Please change the signage in the parking structure at the Rotunda. All of it says you must pay at the kiosk before exiting, but the kiosk wasn't taking tickets. When I called for assistance it took three tries to be connected to the operator and she told me that you have to pay at the gate when upon exit, which is not at all what the signage says. Please change the signage on the tickets and building and remove the payment kiosks because they clearly aren't working. AT LEAST POST A SIGN ON THE KIOSK TELLING CUSTOMERS WHAT TO DO. It's so frustrating. I had five bags of groceries and was trying to make it up to my car, but I had to stop and deal with all this kiosk nonsense.
